What is a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA)?
A CPA gives us the authority to regularly take payments from a Debit Card account and date you have specified.
Many customers choose to pay by CPA as it means their payments are taken automatically.
How To Cancel a CPA
To cancel a CPA please
contact us by telephone before close of business on the day before the payment is due to be taken.
You also have the right to cancel directly with your card issuer up to one working day before the payment is due.

What is a Direct Debit
A Direct Debit gives us the authority to regularly take payments from a bank account that you have specified, on a date you have specified.
Many customers choose to pay by Direct Debit as it means they do not need to remember to make their payment(s).
To Cancel Your Direct Debit?
To cancel a Direct Debit, you need to notify us at least five working days before the payment is due to be taken.
Alternatively you can notify your bank directly, either in writing, via telephone or using your internet banking service, up to one working day before the payment is due.

You should ensure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account on the date of your Direct Debit payment otherwise you may incur charges from your bank.

This payment method gives you the control of when to make payments, and how much you pay. We are reliant upon you to maintain the agreement set and ensure that you make your payment and give enough time for the payment to reach BPO on or before the agreed due date. If you are unable to maintain your agreement due to a change in your financial situation you need to notify us at least one working day before the payment is due to be received and we will be able to discuss your options. If you wish to pay via Online Banking then please use the following details, and remember to quote your BPO Reference number when making the payment.
